Employment with CRS, an Approved NDIS Service Provider

Coastal Residential Service Inc. is an Approved NDIS Service Provider supporting people living with disability in the community. We provide quality services to our clients/participants and staff members. Our participants are located across the North West Coast of Tasmania, and are supported by staff based upon participants individual goals and needs.  The main aim of the service is to enhance the lives of each of our clients by supporting their independence and by facilitating their access to the community.

CRS offer a range of opportunities for appropriately skilled people to assist participants to meet their goals, access the community and learn independant living skills. A typical day for a support worker may include transporting participants to work or community access; attending medical appointments; meal preparation; day service outings; accompanying participant's on holiday or assisting in banking, cleaning and other household tasks. 

Staffing of programs is based on the levels of support required by each individual and participants are matched with staff based on their specific needs and preferences. 

Support workers are employed on either a part-time or casual basis with positions available to staff with a range of qualifications and experience. All staff must meet the NDIS Worker Screening requirements as set out by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
