Employment with CRS, an Approved NDIS Service Provider

CRS Coastal Residential Service Inc. is an Approved NDIS Service Provider that was originally funded under the Community Integration Project and currently supports individuals living with disability in the community.  The participants are located across the North West Coast of Tasmania, and are supported by staff that provides both training and opportunities for the participants, based upon individual needs.  The main aim of the service is to enhance the lives of each of our clients by supporting their independence and by facilitating their integration within the community.

We provide quality services to our clients/participants and staff members.  The Organisation provides National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants with opportunities to reach their goals and aspirations in accordance with individual plans.

CRS provides staff with a flexible work environment, access to health and safety, training opportunities, high level of communication support, retention strategies and more.

Staffing of the programs is based on the levels of support required by each individual.  Each program is staffed by experienced Disability Support staff.  The support levels vary from program to program and are reviewed by Management on a regualr basis.

Staff are employed on either a permanent part-time or casual basis.  Positions are filled by staff with a range of qualifications and/or experience deemed acceptable.
